**Job Title: Executive - Customer Success**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers post-purchase.
- Address customer queries, concerns, or escalations and ensure prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.
- Monitor order fulfillment, delivery timelines, and service quality.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and propose actionable insights.
- Maintain updated CRM records and prepare customer feedback reports for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all customer interactions are in line with brand values and service standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, or Account Management.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Empathetic, detail-oriented, and capable of handling client-facing interactions confidently.
