**Job Title: Telesales Expert (Bilingual: Hindi & English)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns.
- **Sales Conversion**: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, provide product or service information, and close sales to meet targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on product features, pricing, and benefits to confidently address customer inquiries and offer solutions.
- **CRM Management**: Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on leads, calls, and sales activity using CRM tools.
- **Performance Reporting**: Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and report on activities to the sales manager.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead generation efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in **Hindi and English** (both written and spoken) is required.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for sales and delivering excellent service.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or marketing certifications are a plus.
