**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry**:

- Input, update, and verify data accurately and efficiently into the database or designated systems.
- Ensure data is entered in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular reviews and audits of entered data to identify and rectify errors.
- Maintain data integrity by performing quality checks and validation procedures.

**Data Maintenance**:

- Regularly update and cleanse existing databases to eliminate outdated or redundant
information.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in data across different
systems.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed and organized records of all data entry activities.
- Prepare and update documentation related to data entry processes and procedures.

**Confidentiality**:

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and adhere to data security
and privacy policies.

**Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments regarding data
- related issues or requirements.
- Report discrepancies and seek clarification when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Experience of Minimum 6 Months/Fresher as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with numerical and text data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in using data entry software and tools.
- Familiarity with basic database management systems.
- Knowledge of keyboard shortcuts and data entry best practices.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
