A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, and familiarity with database management tools. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a typing speed that meets company standards are essential. This position may be performed in an office setting or remotely, often involving extended periods of sitting and typing.

**Salary**: 10-12k
