**job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach new customers including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
- Promote and sell Sarovar Masala products in the assigned territory
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets
- Collect market intelligence and competitor insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide timely reports to the sales manager
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales (FMCG sector preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High level of confidence and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with local market and distribution network
- Must own a two-wheeler (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/reporting

**Education**:

- Minimum: 12th pass
- Preferred: Graduate in any discipline

**Compensation**:

- Salary: 10,000 +
- Incentives based on performance
- Travel allowance as per company policy
