As a MERN Stack Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training courses focused on the MERN stack. You will help Staffs and Internship Students understand the nuances of the technologies involved and mentor them through hands-on projects and real-world scenarios.

- Design and develop engaging course content and materials related to MERN Stack development.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars on MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
- Evaluate Staff & Internship performance and provide constructive feedback and guidance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in MERN Stack development.
- Assist in creating and grading assignments and practical projects.
- Mentor and guide students through their learning journey to ensure they achieve their career objectives.
- Collaborate with curriculum development teams to continuously improve course standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience working with the MERN stack in a professional setting.
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easily understandable manner.
- Passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
