Job Title: Picker Packer

Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Efficiently pick items from designated warehouse locations according to order specifications.

2. Accurately pack and label items for shipment ensuring that they are properly protected and secure.

3. Conduct quality checks to ensure that the correct items and quantities are being picked and packed.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse work area.

5. Assist in inventory management by keeping accurate records of items picked, packed, and shipped.

6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

7. Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

8. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not required.

3. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) safely and efficiently.

4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

6. Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.

8. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
