Designation: Inside Sales Executive - TeleCalling B2B

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to businesses for lead generation and sales.
- Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align efforts and improve lead quality.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a B2B telecalling role.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with businesses.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vikhroli, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
