5. Understanding of consumers, markets & categories

6. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

7. Ensuring that the correct terms of sale are entered into the client database to prevent avoidable billing issues.

8. Customer relationship management & maintain preferred agency status

9. Concept presentation to the client

10. Understand the client requirement & deliver the same on time

11. Working on the ideation, designs and commercial for the creative with respective teams

12. Personal impact and relationship management
