**Ho**w** **w**i**l**l** **y**o**u** **do** **i**t?**
- Manage and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Analyze order data to maintain system integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with sales and project management teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in dispute resolution and provide customer support regarding order-related inquiries.
- Utilize ERP systems to track order status and update customer records.
- Generate and distribute invoices and credit notes as required.
- Communicate proactively with clients to address any issues or changes related to their orders.

**What** **w**e** **loo**k** **f**o**r**?**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing or related fields.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in the Order to Cash (O2C) domain is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
