We are seeking a **Sample Coordinator** to join our **interior design company**. As a Sampling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing **design samples **and materials essential for our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth flow of **sampling operations** and **timely delivery** of high-quality design projects.

**Responsibility**:
Managing and organizing design samples.
Sourcing and procuring new samples from suppliers.
Maintaining a sample library (physical and digital).
Tracking sample expenses and budgets.
Ensuring quality control of samples.
Communicating with the design team and stakeholders.
Staying updated on design trends and materials.
Handling sample returns and exchanges when necessary.
Promoting sustainable sample sourcing.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in sample management or related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of interior design materials and trends.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in digital sample cataloging tools.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sample Coordinator Field: 2 years (preferred)
