We are looking for Retail Sales Executive for Jaipur location

As a **Retail Sales Executive** in a **Premium Consumer Electronics **store, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting the store's premium audio products. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting and purchasing high-quality speakers & headphones that meet their specific needs, while delivering an unparalleled shopping experience. You will work closely with a team of sales professionals and collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and maintain the store's reputation as a destination for audio enthusiasts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Assistance**:

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customers' audio requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers on products, their features, and benefits.
- Demonstrate product functionality, ensuring customers fully experience the sound quality and performance of the speakers, headphones.
- Answer customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide after-sales support.

**2. Sales Generation**:

- Actively approach customers to identify sales opportunities and offer assistance.
- Recommend suitable products and accessories to enhance the customer's audio setup.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales revenue.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

**3. Store Operations**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Ensure accurate inventory management by monitoring stock levels and initiating replenishment.
- Participate in regular product training sessions to stay updated on new technologies, features, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the store management team to implement marketing strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Adhere to store policies, procedures, and security guidelines.

**4. Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer preferences and buying patterns to personalize future recommendations.**Salary**: Up to ₹28,314.47 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur City, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
