**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Explain product features, origin, fabric quality, and pricing
- Negotiate and close sales effectively while maintaining brand value
- Maintain store presentation and ensure merchandise is well-organized
- Coordinate with the back-end team for inventory and order fulfilment
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support where needed
- Assist during exhibitions and events when required

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service (fashion/têxtiles preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **English and Hindi**:

- Strong **negotiation and persuasion abilities**:

- Confident personality with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of têxtiles, fabrics, or interest in artisanal fashion is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
