**Position **Scientist - Cell & Molecular Biology

**Location **Bangalore

**Desired Profile**
M.Sc. (specialization in any Life sciences) with 8-13 years’ or Ph.D. with 0 - 7 years’
experience.

**Job Description, Key Skills and**
**Competencies:
- Conduct cell-based assays and molecular biology experiments
- Handle multiple adherent and suspension cancer cell lines
- Conduct proliferation/viability/cytotoxicity assays for determining

potency of compounds
- Establish various high throughput in-vitro assays for primary screening of

molecules using Western Blot analysis, pull down and
immunoprecipitation, in-cell-western technique, Flow cytometry,
reporter assays
- Conduct Gene expression studies by western blot, ELISA or real time PCR

using cell lines as well as in-vivo tissue samples.
- Able to generate pooled or stable clones of cell lines.
- Able to troubleshoot experiments, analyse data, interpret, and make

scientific presentations.
- Understanding of systems and process pertaining to safety, health, and

environment.
