- Guest Relationship Executive / Front office Executive
- Should possess a presentable personality and good command over English, Hindi and Telugu (Optional) languages.
- Handling walk-in clients and their queries, handling housekeeping staff.
- Ability to work in team and having experience in handling facilities team would be an added advantage.
- Attending calls
- Receiving, and responding as pleasantly as possible while trying to provide full information, and support to the caller.
- Making sure to demonstrate professional and polite responses in telephone responses.
- Maintaining Attendance Registers and giving Monthly reports
- Good Knowledge of MS-Office and MS-excel will be appreciable.
- Should know the skill to priorities, multi-tasking ability. Fast learner and should have a great presence of mind.
- Maintaining filing of Monthly bills files of Airtel, BSNL, Actfiber, etc.
- Courier Management
- Maintaining daily Movement Register who are not there in group
