**Job Overview**

We are looking for a **Sales Assistant** to support our Sales Managers in client communications, lead management, and CRM updates. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in handling international client interactions.

This is a **night shift position** with direct exposure to international clients, offering growth opportunities in sales operations and client relations.

**Shift Timing**

**7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST** (US Shift)

**Salary Range**

₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & CRM**
- Qualify leads and provide basic service details.
- Update and manage records in **Zoho CRM**.

**Sales Coordination**
- Schedule meetings and calls for Sales Managers.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Track sales activities and maintain documentation.

**Client Communication**
- Respond promptly to client queries.
- Escalate complex concerns to Sales Managers.
- Support international clients (US/UK/Canada) with service-related questions.

**Team & Process Support**
- Collaborate with the Onboarding and Operations teams for smooth client handovers.
- Prepare weekly reports and maintain organized communication records.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 2+ years in **Sales Support/Customer Service/CRM handling** (required).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **CRM tools** (Zoho CRM preferred).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced night-shift environment**.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with **international clients**.
- Prior exposure to **virtual assistant services** or BPO environment.
