As an Agri Business Strategy Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the agriculture industry. You will work closely with the strategy team and other stakeholders to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic planning, data analysis, and project management within the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct research and analysis of the agricultural market, including industry trends, competitor analysis, customer needs, and regulatory environment. Gather data and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Strategy Development: Assist in developing and refining the organization's strategic plan for the agriculture business. Contribute to the identification of growth opportunities, new markets, and product/service enhancements.

Financial Analysis: Support financial modeling and analysis to evaluate the financial feasibility of strategic initiatives. Assist in forecasting revenue, assessing costs, and analyzing investment opportunities.

Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of strategic projects. Assist in creating project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Performance Monitoring: Help establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of strategic initiatives. Assist in monitoring and analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for adjustments.

Communication and Reporting: Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials to effectively communicate strategic recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Present findings and updates to the team and senior management as needed.

Industry Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory developments related to the agriculture sector. Provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis of industry dynamics.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, agriculture, economics, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.

Familiarity with strategic planning concepts and frameworks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Knowledge of the agriculture industry, market dynamics, and trends is a plus.

Prior experience or coursework in strategy, finance, or data analysis is preferred

**Salary**: ₹8,878.22 - ₹2,512,856.12 per month
