**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies for financial products, considering target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and other promotional materials, to effectively communicate the features and benefits of financial products.
- Develop clear and concise messaging and positioning for financial products, ensuring alignment with target audience needs and competitive differentiation.
- Use persuasive selling techniques to convert prospects into customers and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- This job is a Door to Door marketing.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, track key metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Stay updated on product/service knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduates or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing financial products sales or services, preferably in a financial services or fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, customer-friendly messaging.
