**Job Title**: Laser Machine Programmer & Operator

**Location**: Gurgaon (Factory)
**Department**: Production / Manufacturing
**Reports To**: Production Manager / Plant Head

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Program CNC laser cutting machines (e.g., Bystronic, Trumpf, Amada, etc.) based on technical drawings and material specifications.
- Operate laser machines for cutting **mild steel (MS), aluminium, and stainless steel (SS)**.
- Optimize machine parameters (power, speed, gas selection) for maximum efficiency and quality.
- Perform regular setup and alignment of machine components for different material types and thicknesses.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure dimensional accuracy and finish.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and follow safety procedures.
- Maintain records of machine operations, material usage, and maintenance logs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related technical field.
- 2-5 years of experience in laser machine programming and operation.
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Lantek, or similar).
- Sound knowledge of different material properties (MS, SS, Aluminium) and their cutting characteristics.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards and practices.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with nesting software for material optimization.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or ISO quality systems.
- Forklift or crane operation knowledge is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
