**Job Description**:
**Role **Responsibilities**:

- _ Mobile Device Management, MFA Configuration in End user Systems_
- _ Microsoft O356, One Drive, Share point, Digital Certificates configuration on end user systems_
- _ Responsible for assets management & inventory includes Systems, Laptop’s _
- _Installing and Configuring VPN's on end user systems_
- _ Troubleshooting basic Network related issues and WIFI issues._
- _ Knowledge on Google Workspace is additional knowledge_
- _ Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment_
- _ Requesting and coordinating vendor support_
- _ Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment and office AV equipment_
- _ Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment_
- _ Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment_
- _ Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards _
- _Performs work in compliance within specified warranty requirements_
- _ Configuration of Network Printers and Shared Printers_
- _System Related problems, Software Installations, Antivirus updating_
- _ Performing LAN and WAN administration tasks as required._
- _ Perform both onsite and remote Help Desk tasks end-to-end_
- _ Upgrading Operating System & Antivirus patches in users laptops and desktops_
- _ Troubleshooting issues by administering on client machines remotely using remote desktop (RDP) or by through SCCM_

**Qualifications**:

- _
Diploma/Any Graduation_
- _ Expert level communication skills_
