Ncube Expo is a multi-national exhibition solutions company headquartered in Dubai and growing into Middle East and Europe. We are an established brand providing bespoke exhibition stands and other exhibition related services to local and international companies.

Position Available:
Operations Executive (Exhibitions/ Events/ Interiors)

Operations Executive is responsible to provide operational support to Operations/Production team for exhibitions and any project administration work assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years work experience in the exhibition or events sector or in a similar role

Strong knowledge and hands on experience in handling Exhibition operations
- Prior Experience in Exhibition Industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Event/Exhibition Production and Operations knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to work without supervision
- Basic marketing skills
- Competence in Microsoft Office products
- Operational support during events
- Ensuring the execution meets the design plan drafted
- Procurement, Vendor onboarding, production coordination
- Work closely with/manage sales/production team, to ensure the smooth coordination of exhibition operations
- Regular floorplan and Exhibitor list updates, liaising with the sales team.
- Providing with sales and other necessary reports
- Build and maintain network of international agents/vendors
- Basic Training about the Events Industry and Operations will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
