**Position Title**: Sales Executive

**Location**: Chennai

**Position Overview**:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. They play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and contracts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Address client issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, product information, and support.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
- Track and prioritize leads and opportunities in CRM software.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and persistent manner.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Share best practices and insights with the sales team to foster a culture of learning and improvement.
