**Job Title**: Software Sales Executive

**Location**: perungudi, chennai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals. Develop and execute strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
- **Client Engagement**: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- **Sales Process Management**: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM software. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and client satisfaction.
- **Direct marketing**:Manage and inbound and outbound sales. Like have to go directly go to the clients place to give a demo and explain about our product.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience in direct sales experience
- Proven experience in software sales or a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions and their value propositions.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
