Role Overview

Manage the process for reviewing service/management fees to ensure fees are booked accurately in the system. Dealing with and resolving any disputes/issues relating to revenue

**In response to the COVID-19 pandemic all interviews are being conducted virtually.

If selected for an in-office position, you will work remotely while BGRS operates under mandatory telework.

What You'll Be Doing
- Review control reports on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue
- Perform revenue audits comparing actual fee billing to contractual fees and performing reviews of system data integrity.
- Resolve any disputes/issues on fees

- Processing monthly journals and adjustments for service fee revenue
- Complete the monthly metrics reports used by management

What You Bring to BGRS

- Graduate level preferred
- At least 2+ years' experience of a range of accounting duties including accounts receivables, collections, and control function. Experience with revenue cycles will be an asset.
- Confidence and dedicated attitude to take responsibility for resolving issues
- Sound basic accounting knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills - competency in manipulating and reporting on large amounts of data (Pivot tables and Look Ups)
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and deliver against tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Word and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent organization, time management and planning skills.
