
Front Office Assistant

A front office associate, also known as a front desk associate or receptionist, works in the front desk or reception area of a hotel.

- **Managing appointments**: Managing appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- **Providing access**: Providing access cards or badges to visitors
- **Maintaining security**: Monitoring and maintaining security protocols, and following emergency procedures when necessary
- **Keeping the area clean**: Ensuring the front desk area is clean and organized
- **Assisting guests with special needs**: Offering assistance to guests with disabilities or special needs
