**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role at our Muzaffarnagar location for a Data Entry Operator. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for managing and entering data into our systems accurately and efficiently. They will work closely with our team to ensure data consistency and completeness, and may also assist with administrative tasks as needed.

**Skills required**
- Hindi Typing Mandatory.(Krutidev 010- minimum Speed 25 WPM)
- English Typing

**Fresher Experience Both Can Apply**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform all data entry-related tasks including sorting, proofing, updating and storing
- Maintain data files accurately
- Compile, sort, verify and correct data to be entered
- Review data for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate with and seek guidance from senior members to address data inconsistencies
- Maintain records of work completed
- Update data in appropriate databases in an accurate and timely manner to avoid backlogging
- Optimize data naming standards over time and propose consistent data definitions to improve
- overall data processing quality
- Process and resolve data inquiries by searching and reviewing the databases.
- Enter and update files into Excel spreadsheets and client CRM databases as required
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Collecting and managing data.
- Maintaining documents and sheets, updating changes.
- Data entry tasks

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with data entry or administrative tasks preferred, but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other data entry software.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
