We are currently hiring a **Restaurant Captain** who can take charge of floor operations, lead by example, and contribute to a smooth and professional service environment. This is a role with **real growth potential** for someone looking to build a career in restaurant management.

**Role Overview**

As a Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for supervising service on the floor, managing a small team of service staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Based on your performance, you will be eligible for promotion to **Assistant Restaurant Manager**, and given preference when a **Restaurant Manager** position becomes available.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise **floor service operations** and guide service staff during shifts.
- Ensure **guest satisfaction** through friendly, efficient, and professional service.
- Manage table allocation, take and relay orders accurately, and ensure timely service.
- Handle customer queries or complaints calmly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and billing team for smooth operations.
- Assist in training new service staff and maintaining service standards.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **1-2 years of experience** in a similar role at a restaurant or hotel.
- Good communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Strong understanding of **guest service etiquette**.
- Ability to handle pressure during busy hours.
- A strong desire to learn, take responsibility, and grow into a leadership role.
