We are looking for the Auditors specializing in SEC companies who are highly professional for conducting independent Audits of financial statements and internal controls of publicly traded companies that are registered with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Statement Audits:
Plan and execute financial statement audits of SEC-registered companies, including reviewing financial records, statements, and supporting documentation.

Assess the company's accounting policies and practices to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and SEC reporting requirements

Evaluate the effectiveness of the company's internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) to identify weaknesses or deficiencies that may impact the reliability of financial statements.

Stay updated with the latest SEC regulations, accounting standards, and auditing pronouncements to ensure adherence to current requirements during audits.

Risk Assessment:
Identify and assess potential financial and operational risks relevant to the SEC company being audited.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly desirable.

Minimum of 3-5 years of auditing experience, preferably with a focus on SEC-registered companies.

Comprehensive knowledge of auditing standards, GAAP, and SEC regulations.

Familiarity with SOX requirements and internal control evaluation procedures.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions and report writing.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: ₹10,371.13 - ₹33,451.06 per month
