**Required Skills**:

- CS qualification is a must. CS + LLB will be preferable.
- At least 5 to 7 years of proven experience in the Legal & Compliance vertical with a corporation.
- Strong drafting skills to deal with regulatory/legal issues
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

**Job Role**:

- Assisting and support Legal & Compliance Head in advising the management on the various contracts, legal & secretarial matters
- Compliance with all applicable corporate laws such as Companies Act 2013, FEMA, laws regulations including ESOP, and all other applicable laws in India
- Filling, maintenance of all Company books and records, and filing of various statutory Forms Returns with the MCA and RBI.
- Issuing, Listing and managing compliances for listed Non-Convertible Debentures including drafting of disclosure documents, debenture trust deed, and other documents.
- Coordination with department for submission of RBI Returns and ensuring timely submission
- Assist in maintaining regulatory policies and procedures under the Compliance calendar, including review mechanisms to ensure its continued effectiveness in ensuring all applicable compliances by the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the implementation of compliance requirements at all levels/processes of the organization and to direct compliance issues to existing channels for resolution.
- Assistance during RBI regulatory Inspection and coordination for details with various internal stakeholders and post inspection compliances
