**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate the cash register, handling all customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit/debit card payments, and returns.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist in daily sales reporting, managing transactions in the system, and balancing the register at the end of the day.
- Maintain and update customer and sales data using retail management software.
- Handle basic computer-related tasks such as inventory management, invoicing, and generating sales reports.
- Assist in stock management and ensure accurate product entries.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer questions, and helping resolve any billing or transaction issues.
- Assist with store administrative tasks such as record-keeping, data entry, and managing customer orders.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier's area and maintain a smooth checkout process.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in retail operations preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer software (MS Office, retail management software).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good numerical skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
