**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Delivery of Goods/Packages**:

- Deliver packages, documents, or products to customers or clients in and around Bhopal.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, adhering to delivery schedules.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Interact with customers at the time of delivery, ensuring they are satisfied with the service.
- Collect customer signatures or proof of delivery as required.
- **Vehicle Operation**:

- Safely operate a two-wheeler or four-wheeler (depending on the company requirement) for deliveries.
- Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, fueled, and in good condition.
- **Route Planning**:

- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for deliveries to ensure timely service and minimize delays.
- Adjust routes as needed based on traffic conditions or customer requirements.
- **Pickup of Items**:

- Pick up goods or documents from vendors, suppliers, or clients and transport them to designated locations.
- Ensure that all items are securely loaded and transported safely.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain and update delivery records, including pickup and drop-off times, customer details, and any special instructions.
- Report any delivery issues or delays to the management immediately.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Handle cash on delivery (COD) orders and ensure proper documentation and timely transfer of funds.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations while driving.
- Ensure that deliveries are made with utmost care and that items are handled with respect.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Valid Driving License** (for two-wheeler and/or four-wheeler as required).
- **Knowledge of Bhopal's Local Routes**: Must be familiar with roads and neighborhoods in Bhopal for efficient delivery.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- **Strong communication skills** in Hindi and/or English.
- **Punctuality**: Reliable and committed to meeting delivery deadlines.
- **Customer-Centric**: Friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with clients.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to handle physical tasks related to deliveries (loading/unloading).

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Previous experience as a delivery driver or field staff is an advantage.
- **Basic mobile literacy** for tracking deliveries using GPS or delivery apps.

**Salary**:
