**Job Summary**: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver & Store Room Assistant to join our team at Bhopal Bakehouse and Cafe. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth, timely deliveries to our outlets and assisting with managing our store room. As a key part of our team, you will handle delivery and dispatch operations, ensuring orders from the kitchen are efficiently prepared for dispatch, transported safely, and delivered punctually.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Delivery and Dispatch Operations**:

- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries from the main kitchen to all outlets.
- Check orders before dispatch to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Follow best practices for safe food transport to maintain quality.
- **Store Room Management**:

- Organize and maintain the store room, ensuring a neat and efficient inventory layout.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of required supplies or low-stock items.
- Assist with receiving and storing new stock, conducting regular stock checks.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with kitchen and outlet staff to ensure smooth dispatch flow.
- Maintain clear records of dispatch timings, inventory movements, and any delivery issues.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept clean and in good working order.
- Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs to management.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in delivery or store management roles is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move boxes and products as needed.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

**Schedule**: Full-time position with availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
