French Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for French language courses, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, speaking, and cultural studies.
- **Instructional Delivery**: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, using a variety of teaching methodologies, authentic materials, and technology-enhanced resources to promote language acquisition and proficiency.
- **Language Proficiency**: Provide instruction at various proficiency levels, from beginner to advanced, tailoring lessons to meet the needs and abilities of individual students and encouraging continuous improvement in language skills.
- **Cultural Enrichment**: Introduce students to the rich cultural heritage of French-speaking countries through literature, music, art, film, cuisine, and other cultural artifacts, fostering an appreciation for diversity and intercultural understanding.
- **Student Assessment**: Design and administer formative and summative assessments to evaluate student learning and progress in French language proficiency, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
- **Individualized Support**: Identify and address the individual learning needs of students through differentiated instruction, personalized feedback, and additional support as needed to ensure academic success.
- **Language Immersion**: Create opportunities for language immersion and authentic communication in French through interactive activities, role-plays, discussions, and cultural exchanges, fostering language fluency and confidence.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, departmental teams, and school leadership to coordinate curriculum planning, instructional strategies, and assessment practices, promoting consistency and coherence in French language education.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your pedagogical skills, language proficiency, and cultural competence, staying abreast of current trends and best practices in language education.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in French Language, French Studies, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or licensure (as required by state or local regulations).
- Native or near-native proficiency in French, with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and idiomatic expressions.
- Proven experience teaching French language and culture to students at the middle school or high school level, with a solid understanding of language acquisition principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with proficiency-based language teaching approaches, communicative language teaching strategies, and the use of technology in language instruction.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Passion for French language and culture, as well as a commitment to fostering language fluency, cultural awareness, and global competence in students.
- Dedication to equity, diversity, and inclusion in education, with the ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
