**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective French and/or German lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with the school's standards and promotes language acquisition.
- Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Assess student progress through various methods, including assignments, projects, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster an appreciation for French and/or German culture and integrate cultural elements into lessons.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching learning experience for students.
- Participate in school events and activities, as required.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and any relevant matters.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in language education and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of language learning resources and activities.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in French, German, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching French and/or German to students of varying levels (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Excellent command of the French and/or German language (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and the use of technology in the classroom.
- Passion for language education and a commitment to student success.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Fluency in English is essential.

**Pay Scale**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
