**Responsibilities of a social media content creator**:
**Content Creation**: This is the primary responsibility. Content creators conceptualize, create, and curate content for social media platforms. This content can include images, videos, text posts, polls, stories, etc. They need to ensure that the content aligns with the brand's voice, values, and objectives.

**Content Calendar Management**: They manage the content calendar, scheduling posts for optimal times, and ensuring a consistent posting schedule across platforms.

**Strategy Development**: Content creators often contribute to the development of social media strategies. They work with the marketing team to define goals, target audiences, content themes, and posting schedules.

**Stay Updated with Trends**: Social media content creators need to stay updated with the latest trends, features, and algorithm changes on social media platforms. This helps them adapt their strategy to maximize reach and engagement.

**Content Optimization**: They optimize content for each platform by considering factors such as image sizes, character limits, hashtags, and algorithms. This ensures that the content performs well and reaches the intended audience.

**Collaboration**: They collaborate with other team members such as designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters to create compelling content. They may also collaborate with influencers or partners for co-branded content.

**Crisis Management**: Handle negative feedback and crises on social media with tact and professionalism.
