As a Social Media Content Creator for the RoundGlass Foundation, the individual will be responsible for the development and implementation of social media content that helps communicate the foundation's mission, programs, and impact. The role will focus on creating engaging, shareable content that inspires, educates, and connects with our audiences.

**What you’ll do**:

- ** Content Creation**: Develop compelling social media content in the form of text, graphics, videos, and images that represent the foundation's work and increase audience engagement.
- ** Social Media Management**:Manage the foundation's social media profiles, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Schedule posts, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community.
- ** Content Strategy**: Develop a social media content calendar that aligns with the foundation's key messages, events, and initiatives. Keep up with social media trends and implement strategies to optimize engagement.
- ** Storytelling**: Use storytelling techniques to create posts that effectively communicate the impact of the foundation's programs and initiatives.
- ** Collaboration**: Collaborate with the foundation's program teams to gather content, insights, and updates.
- ** Analytics and Reporting**:Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics. Generate reports and use insights to optimize content strategy.
- ** Event Coverage**: Use social media platforms to cover live events, such as fundraisers, awareness campaigns, and workshops.
- ** Brand Compliance**: Ensure all social media content adheres to the foundation's brand guidelines and communication policies.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a social media content creator, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an understanding of how to create content that resonates with different audiences.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their nuances, and audience behavior.
- Graphic design skills and proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Basic video editing skills are a plus.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Fluency in English and Punjabi is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for fostering online community engagement.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and events, as necessary.
