Roles and Responsibilities

Handling and reporting of sales team, Follow-up and closures on the lead assigned by Company.

Handle special projects, as assigned Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Investors, retailers and individuals of high net worth) so as to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects.

Handling Direct Sales, Channel Sales and Corporate tie - up activity for generate maximum business for Residential and Commercial projects. Responsible for generating new business opportunity for the organization.

Looking for a hard core performer in selling Residential Property in Gurgaon Area

Ensuring on-time reporting along with the team & on business development activity as per defined formats at regular intervals.

Revenue generation using references of existing and upcoming projects and also in conversion of prospective customers assigned through leads from our end
