**Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in executing sales strategies to promote delegate packages, including generating leads, scheduling appointments, and following up with prospective clients.
- Perform various administrative duties to support the sales process, such as data entry, maintaining sales records, and preparing sales reports.
- Prepare sales materials, including sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Provide exceptional customer service to delegates throughout the sales process, assisting with registration, payment processing, and resolving any issues or queries they may have.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and delegates to ensure continued engagement and facilitate the completion of sales transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and event operations, to ensure the smooth execution of delegate packages and address any logístical requirements.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify potential sales opportunities, gather competitor intelligence, and contribute insights to sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials, to support sales effort.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Development and other related Field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
**Experience**:
