Operations Intern – Tripy Package (Travel Partnerships & Vendor Management)✈️ Build the foundation behind every memorable journeyLocation: Noida | Remote (till December)Duration: 3 MonthsStipend: ₹15,000 per monthJob Openings: 2Start Date: ImmediateAbout Tripy Package TripyPackage is a fast-growing travel-tech startup building a transparent marketplace where travelers can explore, compare, and book detailed trip packages directly from verified travel agencies.We’re redefining the travel experience by partnering with trusted travel agents, hotels, transport providers, and trip captains across India to ensure seamless, safe, and unforgettable journeys.Role Overview As an Operations Intern, you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager and Founding Team to strengthen TripyPackage’s on-ground and vendor operations.You’ll help onboard travel partners, manage package listings, and support day-to-day coordination that keeps our travel ecosystem running smoothly.✅ Key Responsibilities • Identify and onboard new travel agencies, hotel partners, transport vendors, and trip captains.• Assist in creating and managing detailed travel package listings (pricing, itineraries, images, inclusions, exclusions, etc.).• Conduct market and destination research to discover trending locations and partnership opportunities.• Coordinate with vendors to collect accurate information and maintain verified records.• Support daily operational workflows, including bookings, follow-ups, and vendor coordination.• Contribute creative ideas to enhance vendor engagement, listing quality, and TripyPackage’s marketplace visibility.• Assist in developing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for vendor onboarding and trip execution.What We’re Looking For • Students or recent graduates (preferably in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or Marketing).• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about travel operations and vendor partnerships.• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.• Passionate about travel and startup environments.• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced setting.What You’ll Gain • Real-world experience in travel operations, vendor management, and partnership development.• Opportunity to work directly with the founding team and contribute to a growing startup.• Exposure to how a travel-tech company scales from the ground up.• Mentorship and learning from industry professionals.• Flexible work environment.• Internship Certificate & Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion.• High-performing interns will be offered Full-Time Employment (FTE) after the internship period.Join Us If you’re passionate about travel and want to be part of a growing travel-tech startup this is your chance to work, learn, and grow with us.Apply now and become part of the TripyPackage Operations Team where every trip begins with a strong foundation.Google Form- Your CV-
