**Role**: Telecaller (Tamil & English)
**Product**: SAASGOLD platform (FinTech / SaaS / Gold investment services)
**Schedule**: Full-time / Part-time (flexible hours)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cold & warm calling potential clients, explaining what SAASGOLD is and how it benefits them
- Handling inbound enquiries (if any)
- Follow-ups: get prospects through sales funnel, schedule next call / demo
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and next steps

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Fluent in Tamil _and_ English (spoken & written)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to explain SaaS / financial product features clearly
- Strong follow-up discipline; persistence without being pushy

**Preferred / Bonus**:

- Previous experience working with _jewellers_ or gold businesses
- Familiarity with financial / investment / SaaS products
- Basic CRM usage
