**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and set up CNC turning/milling machines.
- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs based on component drawings.
- Interpret engineering drawings and ensure precise machining.
- Select appropriate tools and machining strategies.
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections using measuring instruments.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on CNC operating and programming experience.
- Strong knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens controllers.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
- Familiar with tools, cutting speeds, and feeds.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and quality-conscious.
