A CNC programmer's job is to use computer software to create a physical product from a design. They work with blueprints and models to write code that instructs a CNC machine to create the product. CNC programmers are responsible for the accuracy and quality of the final product. Responsibilities
- **Read blueprints**: Interpret blueprints and models to understand the product's design
- **Write code**: Use computer software to write code that instructs the machine to create the product
- **Operate the machine**: Monitor the product's progress and ensure it meets specifications
- **Adjust machine settings**: Ensure the machine operates accurately and precisely
- **Troubleshoot**: Identify and fix issues with the machine
- **Maintain equipment**: Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment up to date
- **Inspect products**: Verify the quality of the final product
- **Train staff**: Teach new staff how to operate the machine

Skills and qualifications
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Diploma or certification in CNC programming or machining
- Understanding of metal properties and machinery

CNC programmers work in a variety of industries, including automotive, aerospace, and defense.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
