Serve as a follow-up contact for internal teams, potential clients, vendors, and other
stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
2 Administrative Support:
Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents
as required.
Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
3-Project Support:
Assist in project planning, tracking, and monitoring, ensuring adherence to timelines and
deliverables.
Compile and organize project-related documentation, reports, and presentations.
4-Data Extraction and Management:
Extract Data of warm leads from various platforms like Linkedin, Google and other Data
Collection and Collation networks.
5-General Support:
Provide general administrative assistance and support to employees and management as
required.
Assist in organizing and coordinating company-wide events, celebrations, and employee
engagement activities.
