  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills to build and maintain productive relationships.
  • Proficiency in document management, ensuring proper filing and retrieval of corporate records.
  • Experience in corporate governance (Mandatory skill) is crucial for aligning company objectives with industry best practices.
  • Thorough knowledge of company law (Mandatory skill) to provide expert legal guidance and ensure compliance.
  • Proficient in legal research (Mandatory skill) to support decision-making with well-substantiated insights.


  • Roles and Responsibilities Facilitate effective board meetings, ensuring all materials are prepared, and recording minutes accurately.
  • Ensure the company complies with statutory obligations and maintain the necessary records to demonstrate compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear and coherent updates on compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Manage and safeguard important company documents including permits, licenses, and corporate records.
  • Conduct legal research to support company initiatives and ensure alignment with legal standards and practices.
  • Advise the board on corporate governance practices and internal policies to maintain high organizational standards.
  • Assist in drafting resolutions, minutes, and other documentation related to company meetings and decisions.
  • Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment to advise the company accordingly.
