**What You'll Do**:

- Maintain and evolve our **design system**, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across products.
- Support the **Senior Product Designer** by creating **mocks and prototypes** for new product initiatives and feature designs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align visuals with user needs and technical constraints.
- Advocate for **visual design best practices**, accessibility, and brand consistency across the product suite.
- Work with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation, leveraging your basic knowledge of **HTML and CSS**.
- Participate in design brainstorming and reviews, providing thoughtful feedback and ideas to improve overall user experiences.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- **Education**: Degree in **Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field**; knowledge of motion design or video editing.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of combined experience in **graphic design, visual design**, or maintaining **design systems**; exposure to **UX design** is highly desirable.
- **Design Expertise**: Proficiency in **visual design principles**, including typography, color theory, and layout for digital platforms.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create **visual assets, illustrations, icons**, and prototypes that enhance user experiences.
- **Tools**: Proficiency in tools such as **Adobe Creative Suite** (After Effects) and **Figma**.
- **Design Systems Knowledge**: Experience working with or maintaining **design systems** to ensure consistency and scalability.
- **Prototyping Skills**: Experience creating **interactive prototypes** for new features or designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic understanding of **HTML and CSS**, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
- **Collaboration Skills**: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment, including **Marketing and Product Design** teams.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects while maintaining attention to detail.
