**Responsibilities**:

- Guide and execute strategic design deliverables for multiple feature areas across a suite of products
- Help solve complex design problems simply and intuitively, blending brand personality, interactions, and visuals to create delightful experiences
- Represent Goals design to partner product and engineering teams across Microsoft
- ** Work closely and constructively with product management, visual and interaction designers, writers, engineers, and user researchers to iterate and deliver flawlessly.**
- Contributes to the use and adoption of latest design system to ensure products are aligned with company-wide systems

**Qualifications**:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 3-5 years experience working in product or service design
- OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems).
- ** A**ppli**cati**ons must include a design** portfolio **demonstrating** thorough and polished end-to-end customer journeys. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.**
- ** A desire to collaborate with other designers on strategic solutions and a willingness to share your work openly for feedback and improvement.**
- ** Adaptability to the changing needs of a rapidly evolving business and flexibility to quickly change direction, iterate, and learn.**

Preferred Qualifications
- Customer-centric mindset with experience turning abstract concepts into reality
- Firm grasp of Figma for design and prototyping.
- An understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
- Experience creating a variety of design artifacts, including, but not limited to, user scenarios, task flows, conceptual models, annotated wireframes, prototypes, creative briefs, competitor analysis, and heuristic analysis.
