**Data Entry Operator Job Description**

**Experience: 1 year**

**Location: Bhiwandi**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Input, update, and maintain accurate data in the company's database or software systems. Enter alphanumeric data from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and online forms.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and make necessary corrections or updates as needed. Perform data validation and verification to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- **Data Cleanup**: Identify and resolve discrepancies, duplicates, and errors in the data. Cleanse and standardize data to ensure consistency and accuracy across all records and fields.
- **File Management**: Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, folders, and records in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensure proper indexing, labeling, and storage of files for easy retrieval and access.
- **Data Processing**: Assist with data processing tasks such as sorting, filtering, and summarizing data sets. Generate reports, charts, and graphs based on data analysis and interpretation as needed.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain documentation related to data entry procedures, guidelines, and standards. Update documentation as necessary to reflect changes in processes or requirements.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with company policies and data protection regulations.
- **Communication**: Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure accurate and timely data entry and processing. Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, and colleagues regarding data-related issues and requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other data entry software.
- Familiarity with data management principles, practices, and tools.
- Knowledge of basic mathematical concepts and ability to perform calculations as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
