**Job Title**: Data Entry / Back Office Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry / Back Office Executive to join our team. The role involves handling data entry tasks, maintaining records, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
- Verify and cross-check information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Manage and organize files, documents, and records for easy accessibility.
- Prepare and generate reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Support daily office operations, including communication and coordination between departments.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and back-office supplies.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
- Perform other administrative and support tasks assigned by management.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma / Higher Secondary (depending on company requirement).
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry, back office, or administration (freshers may also apply).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
