We are seeking a passionate and results-driven **Sales Representative** to join our dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to transformative healthcare solutions while building strong relationships with medical professionals and institutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote cranial implant products to neurosurgeons, hospitals, and clinics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare providers.
- Identify market opportunities, generate leads, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Provide excellent post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to refine strategies and identify customer needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business (MBA/BBA), Life Sciences (Pharmacy/Biotechnology/Biomedical engineer).
- Proven sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹8,681.98 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
