We are seeking a highly experienced **Ansible Automation Expert** with a strong background in Linux infrastructure, configuration management, and compliance automation. This is a strategic, hands-on role that will lead our automation-first initiatives, enabling secure, scalable, and efficient infrastructure deployment and compliance enforcement. You will work closely with DevSecOps teams and lead efforts in integrating security benchmarks and automating infrastructure management at scale.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and manage **Ansible playbooks and roles** for configuration management, system patching, provisioning, and security compliance.
- Build **idempotent automation logic** to support multi-node infrastructure environments.
- Integrate **OpenSCAP**, **CIS Benchmarks**, or **DISA STIGs** with Ansible for automated security hardening and continuous compliance.
- Review and optimize automation pipelines to meet **performance, reliability, and security SLAs**.
- Provide **technical leadership** and mentoring to junior automation engineers.
- Collaborate across **DevSecOps, security, and infrastructure teams** to align automation strategies with organizational goals.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **10-12 years** of hands-on experience in **Linux systems administration** and infrastructure automation.
- **Expert-level proficiency** in **Ansible (including Tower/AWX)**, with a strong record of creating reusable and scalable roles/playbooks.
- Advanced skills in **YAML**, **Jinja2 templating**, and REST API integrations within Ansible.
- In-depth experience with **OpenSCAP**, **CIS Benchmarks**, **DISA STIGs**, or similar compliance and hardening tools.
- Strong understanding of **RBAC**, secure secret management (**Ansible Vault**, **HashiCorp Vault**), and **CI/CD pipeline integration**.
- Experience in implementing **automated compliance checks** as part of infrastructure provisioning workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple systems and services.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
